DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

✔️ You are constantly bouncing from one diet to the next.

✔️ You are exhausted from counting calories and/or macros only to end up binging on the exact foods you are restricting.

✔️ You frequently bounce between waiting too long to eat and then eating past the point of fullness.

✔️ You often eat for emotional reasons (i.e stress, boredom, loneliness, anxiety) rather than being physically hungry.

✔️ You have spent most of your life trying to change your body through dieting.

✔️ You are constantly micromanaging your food intake.

✔️ You feel shame and guilt when you eat the "wrong" things.

✔️ Food is another stressor in your life rather than something that brings you genuine joy.

✔️ You are ready for peace.

WELCOME TO

FOOD POSITIVE.

NOW IMAGINE IF...

✔️ You felt good about your body (less negative self-talk and poor body image).

✔️ You felt good in your body (more consistent energy, less unwanted symptoms like indigestion).

✔️ You had strategies to nourish yourself adequately and consistently with meals you actually get excited about.

✔️ You weren't tempted to try the latest diet craze, even if Beyonce herself tweets about it.

✔️ You stopped binging and restricting, and were able to keep "trigger foods" in your house and forget that they are there.

✔️ You could easily leave food on your plate if were are no longer hungry...or turn down food that was offered to you.

✔️ You regained trust with your body and honored its unique hunger and fullness signals.

✔️ You were able to eat purely for pleasure and never felt guilt or shame about it.

✔️ You spent more time on things that actually matter, like friends, family and those hobbies you've been putting off for years.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

Q. Is this course suitable for people with eating disorders?

No, this course is not appropriate for someone who has an eating disorder. If you are seeking ED treatment, please inquire about one-on-one counseling at jessicajonesnutrition.com. By purchasing this course you acknowledge that you do NOT have an active eating disorder.

Q. Is there a money-back guarantee?

Of course! If you complete all 9 modules and show proof of completing the workbooks, I'm happy to provide a refund within 60 days.

Q. What are your professional qualifications?

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have an M.S degree in Nutrition and am also a Certified Diabetes Educator (a certification that requires over 900 hours in one-on-one diabetes counseling and passing of a rigorous national examination). I have 12 years of nutrition coaching under their belt and have helped thousands of patients improve their health and make peace with food. I am also trained in intuitive eating and motivational interviewing, one of the most scientifically studied successful strategies for helping people change their health behaviors. I’ve also co-authors of the 28-Day Plant Powered Health Reboot, The Diabetes Guide to Enjoying the Foods of The World and even wrote the diabetes chapter of the most popular nutrition textbook.

Q. How long will I have access to  this course?

You will have access to the course for LIFE. How does that sound? That way if you need to revisit the course and go through it again at a later date, it will always be there.

Q. Is this a weight loss course?

No. Health and well-being are so much more than weight. Intentional weight loss doesn’t work in the long run and can be detrimental to your mental, physical, and emotional well being. We are Health at Every Size practitioners, and support people of all sizes to find ways to compassionately care for themselves and their bodies.

Q. What if I want to lose weight?

The feeling of wanting to look a certain way or change your body is understandable considering how deep diet culture runs for many of us. Through this course, you can begin to explore ways to take care of your body beyond weight loss and unpack the root motive for your weight loss desires.

Q. When does the course start?

This course is self-paced. Modules will be released on a weekly basis. Weekly Q&A sessions will be the first Tuesday of the Month at 11am PST/ 2pm EST.

Q. Do I have to be BIPOC to join?

Yes. This course is intended to be a safe space for people of color to explore their relationships with food and their body, including in the group Q&A and peer-support Facebook group.

Q. Where will this course be held?

The course will be located in Teachable. There will also be a peer-support Facebook group. Workbooks will be in Google Drive.

Q. What are metrics of success?

While diets typically use weight as a metric of success, we know better. As you work on your relationship with food and your body, you’ll begin to view success in a whole new way. Some measures of success may include identifying and honoring hunger and fullness, feeling less stress about food, decreased guilt eating certain foods, enjoying “trigger” foods without binging on them, incorporating joyful movement more consistently without feeling guilty for resting. These metrics of success are based on you creating and maintaining healthy habits while having the flexibility to include fun foods in your life without stress or guilt.
